Hidden Adriatic does not sell or deliver physical products through its website.

Delivery means the performance of the agreed travel, tour, itinerary planning, travel support or other tourism-related service.

Travel documentation, booking confirmations, itineraries, vouchers, instructions or other relevant materials are delivered by e-mail or another agreed digital communication channel.

The delivery timeframe depends on the type of service, travel dates, availability, supplier confirmations and the individual agreement with the client.

The service is performed according to the accepted offer, confirmed itinerary, agreed dates, payment status and any applicable supplier conditions.

If a service includes third-party providers, such as accommodation, transport, guides, restaurants, activities or entrance tickets, the delivery of those elements may also depend on the conditions and availability of the relevant provider.
